According to Spanish outlet Cadena SER, Luis Enrique is Deco's first choice to succeed Xavi at Barcelona.
Enrique led Barcelona to nine trophies, including a Champions League, La Liga and Copa del Rey treble in the 2014-15 season.
He won 138 of his 181 matches in charge of Barcelona before leaving at the end of the 2016-17 season averaging 76%. Enrique currently has the best win rate of any Barca coach.
In contrast, Pep Guardiola’s win percentage during his four-year spell at the club stood at 73%. Helenio Herrera (76%) and Tito Vilanova (75%) are both sandwiched in between Enrique and Guardiola after similarly impressive stints in charge.
Currently in charge of PSG, the 53-year-old - whose deal runs out in 2025 - is said to be considering returning to Catalonia.
