Barcelona inform Kimmich they can sign him on one condition (reliability: 4 stars)

It is reported in Sport that Bayern are open to selling Joshua Kimmich only for a fee in excess of €60m.

While lower than the previously reported €70m fee, it's still a prohibitive fee for Barcelona, who remain interested in the German.

Now the Catalans have told Kimmich that they would only be able to sign him on free transfer in 2025, when his Bayern contract expires.

The 29-year-old has had his playing time limited under Thomas Tuchel but still managed eight assists and a goal in 31 appearances so far this season.

The Germany international will sit down for another round of contract talks with Bayern later this season. However, it is expected that the sides decide to part ways.
