'He needs to understand it': Xavi names one thing Vitor Roque should improve

"He [Vitor Roque] needs to understand our positional game, but he goes very well into the space and we should use that skill," Xavi has told the media ahead of the Cadiz game.

"I believe in Vitor, he can help us a lot and he will have the chance to get minutes today [against Cadiz]," the Barca boss added.

Vitor Roque's positioning is actually really good during games – the problem is rather his first touch and the ability to contribute in plays inside tight spaces.

Xavi's idea of using the 19-year-old as an impact sub seems to make complete sense as the forward is usually more dangerous in the second half when the opposition leave more spaces at the back.

Vitor Roque has scored two goals in 248 minutes for Barcelona so far.
