Catalan outlet Diario Sport and multiple other Spanish sources say Xavi has decided to start Pedri in his midfield against PSG in the second leg.
The reported plan is to play Pedri further up the pitch with Gundogan and Frenkie De Jong playing slightly off him.
Barca cannot call on Andreas Christensen who is suspended for the game. The same goes for club captain Sergi Roberto. Fermin Lopez and Oriol Romeu are the other two options left.
Pedri was rested for the game against Cadiz but he showed in the few minutes he played off the bench why he's arguably one of the best in the world. He also came on in the first leg in Paris to deliver a superb assist for Barca's second goal.
If Xavi truly decides to recall the Pedri-Gundo-Frenkie midfield trio, Barca's XI for PSG is pretty much known.
