I totally agree with you. The coach is fully responsible for the change. He shouldn’t spoil the players. He must train them to do so. 
Just remember that when Messi moved to PSG, he was forced to help in the defence while when he was at Barca he was never helped his friends at the back.

Barcelona still lakes the intensity and the winning mentality.
when you watch Madrid Vs City game yesterday, you will see that every player from the attackers track back and defend well, they don't just live that job to the defenders.
you will see player making a quick run to a man city player as soon as a man city player gets the ball, making sure that they dont give space space to Man city player to either shoot, cross or make a perfect decision.
while Barcelona players all walk around and wait for opponents to shoot so they can block or cross so they can clear.

Xavi took more red cards than most of the players on the field because he can't control his emotions the moment the team needs him most he is sent off. he was supposed to calm down the players, helped them control their emotions and the game but Xavi can't even help himself. He is scary and an emotional person. he loves the club but he is not ready for this and big team like Barça shouldn't bear that. For the sake of Barça and his he must leave and be replaced by someone who got the balls to take of things. That's my point of view

One thing is that it’s the right decision in regard to Catalan players is because they play for the badge not for money and we have seen when you play for the badge what happens so the club is absolutely right to prioritize Catalan players the last time Barcelona bought a clown non Catalan player what happen? we need funds to get good players our financial crisis is what led us to this present situation our inability to sign solid DM is d reason aside from gudogan none of our midfielde can match the intensity against stronger team in my own opinion I wud suggest the sale of dejong so we can use the money to get a DM and a left winger
