Xavi, Laporta to hold final round of talks about manager's future after El Clasico

Back in January, Xavi announced that he would leave Barcelona after the end of the season yet the club has been trying to convince him to stay.

Mundo Deportivo report that Joan Laporta wants full clarity from the head coach on his plans and has scheduled a meeting with the 44-year-old after El Clasico on Sunday.

There, the president will ask Xavi to inform him of his final decision as he doesn't want to wait any longer.

Laporta's preference to succeed Xavi is currently Rafa Marquez. The Catalans understand that their first-choice candidates such as Jurgen Klopp and Luis Enrique are impossible to sign
