"When we have played with Oriol Romeu or Christensen we have competed better," Xavi stated, before adding: "It's my mistake and that of the staff.

"We haven't been up to par. This lack of dominance in midfield has weighed heavily on us. And I'm self-critical."

The Catalans are now fighting for second place and must beat Real Sociedad on Sunday.

God bless you . Our attack was rubbish this season ! We don’t even have players who can dribble . Imagine relying on 16 years old to be penetrating opponents. Just imagine . Assuming we have deadly wingers who can cause havoc in opposition box . We would have won something this season . Only yamal should stay . We can actually keep lewa also . If I can get proper good balls from the midfielders or winger he will surely score goals on like going to the center of the pitch to receive and create attacks for himself.
