Jules Kounde has come to terms with playing right-back at Barcelona.
But according to Jordi Gil of Diario Sport, Kounde is desperate to improve and get better at playing that position next season.
Sources say no one trains harder and more relentlessly than Kounde at Barca. Robert Lewandowski is often the first to arrive at training, but it's the Frenchman who is usually the last to leave.
The report says Kounde stays back to work on his speed, strength and agility to perform well, not just as a defender, but in attacking areas too.
Kounde has played 47 matches for Barca this season and has recorded four assists. He's also scored two goals. With him on the team, Barca have kept 18 clean sheets.
However, rumours flying around Spain suggest Kounde could be sold if a tempting offer arrives.
