Xavi can never lead Barca to where they seek and deserve, he said it by himself before Laporta went and begged him to continue.
We need a non Spanish coach and a coach who is not a Barca legend, because we give them level and rates them higher, and they will feel like kings and thinks no one can sack them. 

Laporta did well to take this bold step and this important decision.
