Xavi sounds advice to next Barca manager

Xavi has finished his time as Barcelona coach with a 2-1 win over Sevilla. When asked to give his advice for the next Barca manager, Xavi said:

"I would tell him that he has to face a very difficult situation."

Asked if he felt liberated after being sacked, Xavi said, "No, not liberated. We wanted to continue. However, the club took the decision and we have to respect it."

"Football has these things and the leaders make decisions and they relay it that to us. It has been two and a half years and with titles in a difficult situation in which the club is, which is a reality. The players have behaved and reacted well."

Barca finished second in La Liga with 85 points. Last season they won the league with 88 points.
