Steven Gerrard banned 4 more products at Aston Villa – full list revealed

It had been revealed earlier that Steven Gerrard immediately banned ketchup and mayonnaise, amongst other sauces once he took charge of Aston Villa.

Now, as per The Telegraph, Stevie G has banned sodas, sauces, puddings and hot chocolate, among others.

The former Liverpool player wants his players to stop eating empty calories. These include high-calorie foods that are low in bioavailability and high in fat and sugar. 

At the same time, Villa players are allowed to eat desserts before the match day to load up on carbohydrates.
