Leo Messi wins Goal of the Month award with his only goal in November

Lionel Messi has been awarded the Ligue 1 goal of the month award for his strike in PSG’s 3-1 win over FC Nantes.

Ironically, that was the only goal the Argentine has scored in the French league since his arrival in the summer.

Messi scored the beautiful goal in what was his sixth Ligue 1 appearance for PSG.

Despite only scoring 1 goal in 9 league games so far, Leo has impressed in the Champions League – scoring 5 in as many UCL games this season.
