James Rodriguez performs life-saving move on opponent who suffered a cardiac arrest during game in Qatar

Last week, fans were shocked to see Mali star Ousmane Coulibaly suffer a cardiac arrest on field during his side Al-Wakrah's clash against Al Rayyan in the Qatari League.

As medics gave him emergency care, beIN Sports claims that James Rodriguez, who plays for Al Rayyan, was 'vital' in saving Coulibaly's life.

Rodriguez helping adjust Coulibaly's head

The former Real Madrid star helped by adjusting the 32-year-old's head so that he could breathe properly.

Had he not done that, air supply would've been affected and made the situation worse for Ousmane.

He was holding onto his rival for the longest time before the latter was stretchered off the field.
