AFC Bournemouth will be back in the Premier League next season after securing a second-place finish in the Championship.
They defeated Nottingham Forest 1-0 on Tuesday, securing automatic qualification for the Premier League by finishing second.
Bournemouth were relegation from the PL in 2020, but will be back after a two-year gap from the top division.
They join Fulham as the two teams confirmed to be promoted into the Premier League next season.
The third team will be decided after the Championship play-offs, which right now is likely to be contested between Nottingham Forest, Huddersfield Town, Sheffield United and Luton Town.
