According to Tom Bogert, an MLS reporter, Los Angeles FC are finalising a deal to sign Gareth Bale on a free transfer this summer.
The Welshman, 32, has won the Champions League five times with Real Madrid but did not see his contract extended.
Bale and his agent are expected to negotiate a deal with the American football side next week. And if everything goes smoothly, Bale should be able to make his debut as early as July 8.
Bale has scored a total of 178 goals for Tottenham and Real Madrid combined. He turns 33 next month.
