AC Milan midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko was involved in a shocking scenario at the weekend in Italy.
The Chelsea loanee was arrested by Italian police in a case of mistaken identity and even held at gunpoint for a short period of time.
After searching him, the officers quickly realized that Bakayoko was not the one they were looking for.
One of the officers had to tell their colleague that he was actually an AC Milan midfielder, to which he replied: ‘WHO?’.
Soon after that, Bakayoko was let go. The Milan police have released a statement on this incident that reads: “The search, happened on 3 July, was due to gun shooting happened in the area in previous hours, and the two suspected were two men on a guy fitting the description, one of the two was black and with green shirt.
“That’s why the gunpoint.”
