"We are coming to an important moment, whether for the club or for me," Tottenham goalkeeper and captain Hugo Lloris told French publication Nice Matin when asked about his future.
"It's the end of an era. I have desires for other things, I will ask myself quietly to study what will be possible.
"But I don't forget that I still have a year of contract with Tottenham and that in football it is always difficult to predict what will happen."
Lloris has been Tottenham's No.1 for over a decade but has been criticised for poor form this season.
With Spurs looking for a new keeper, the 36-year-old may drop down the pecking order - which is why a move could make sense.
