A mini-transfer carousel has just played itself as forward Brennan Johnson has joined Tottenham from Nottingham Forest who immediately signed Ibrahim Sangare from PSV.
Johnson has reportedly cost Spurs £47.5m. The 22-year-old may be Ange Postecoglou's solution to scoring more goals as Richarlison does not seem fit for the task at all. Last season, Johnson scored eight Premier League goals playing all across the frontline.
Sangare, 25, is not a direct replacement for Johnson but he could help Forest stop leaking goals and improve their all-round play.
The Ivorian seems like a top signing and some might say his level is way higher than Forest.
