Hansi Flick & 2 more managers being considered by West Ham to replace David Moyes

According to Fabrizio Romano, there is a 90% chance that David Moyes will leave his role as West Ham United’s manager at the end of the 2023/24 season.

The Hammers are now actively looking at candidates to replace him and they have multiple names that are being considered for the role.

They feel that the possible appointment of former Bayern Munich manager Hans-Dieter Flick is a real possibility for next season.

Lille boss Paulo Fonseca is also among those being looked into by West Ham, as they hope to find someone who can help them compete strongly in the Premier League and Europe.

West Ham also have an interest in ex-Wolves manager Julen Lopetegui, but the Spaniard’s current priority is to take up the AC Milan job.

The Hammers’ hierarchy recently held talks with Sporting CP manager Ruben Amorim, but were far apart in an agreement and that looks unlikely.

West Ham are currently in eighth position in the Premier League table and will not be able to get European football next season unless they finish seventh or higher.
