Manchester City clinched an unprecedented fourth consecutive Premier League title on Sunday with a 3-1 victory over the Hammers, securing the club's 10th league championship. Jack Grealish played a significant role in this success, featuring in 20 league matches and scoring three goals.
Man City had a special weapon that helped them to become history makers - a mix of young and experienced players that rotated in almost every game.
Grealish said: "As you can imagine, it’s an unbelievable feeling for us to be history makers. I’ve only been here three years and every year I’ve won the Premier League, and to do it in the Premier League, which some say is the hardest league in the world, to win four in a row is unbelievable."
"I said it last year, I’ve never been in a team where we have what we have here, we have everything. The young players, the older players, the talent, we’ve established a togetherness that means so much, it’s unbelievable and surely everyone can see that now we’ve won four in a row."
"My standards are high and I feel I could’ve played more in some games, but we have so many good players here, so it is difficult at times. I don’t think there’s any team in the world that rotates as much as City do, but I think that’s the beauty of it."
Since joining Guardiola's team in 2021 Grealish has won every Premier League season proving to be an essential part of Man City. Jack scored 26 goals and made 27 assists across 170 appearances for the club.
