'Why does he look like a substitute teacher?': Man City fans slam Man United fan for his 'no credibility' claims

Man City fans slammed Man United fan Mark Goldbridge for his 'no credibility' claims.

The full video of Goldbridge mumbling about Man City is 10 minutes long, however, the main points are: "Everything you do has got no credibility. Fine, we are bitter and salty because you're ruining the league."

"Yes, we are jealous, yes we are bitter. But we are bitter, jealous and crying because the Premier League is being ruined. You've got the most money, you've got the best infrastructure, you've got the best squad"

Man City supporters were glad to comment on this claim.

Underrated_user20: "Yeah what are you going to do about it? Why does he look like a substitute teacher? Lol"

suhailjamil3909: "Imagine spending Β£1bn on transfers and finishing a whole season on a -1 goal difference? And only scoring 5 more goals than the smallest team to ever grace the PL in Luton Town"

goater10: "Yeah, because it was so much more interesting when the Rags dominated English Football for nearly 20 years."

Sallgoodmannnnn: "Fuck this clown. Apparently, he isn't even a real United fan but a Forest fan? That would mean he just reigns baits outrage just to generate revenue via clicks πŸ˜‚"

Downtown-Bluebird553: "Imagine his face after the FA Cup final when City lifts another trophy."

idiedfromaids: "No one cares about City winning the league!"

Meanwhile rival fans:

Odd-Top-1717: "You think the Gollum aesthetic is deliberate choice or an embodiment of him being a hate-filled rag goblin?"

Everybody knows about Man City's 115 charges and there are actually some rational parts in Goldbridge's words.

But if we talk about 'it's all money' it is important to mention that Man United is not the last club in transfer expenditures. In the 2023/24 summer transfer window they spent Β£167.4m -that's more than Liverpool or Newcastle, for example.

Their net spend was Β£124.5m, while Man City's - Β£75.5m. Net spend is the difference between the money spent on buying players and the money received from selling players. Seems like Man City do better in this aspect too.
