When asked about whether he’s still thinking about a possible future move to Real Madrid, Paul Pogba told RMC Sport: “Zidane? We all heard it, things were said. My reply? Yes, every football player would like to play at Real Madrid.
“It may be a dream. It’s a dream for me, why not one day. As I said, I’m in Manchester and I love my club.
“I’m performing in Manchester, I’m enjoying myself and I want to do everything to put the club back where it deserves to be. I’ll give my all, just like my teammates.”
Well, this isn’t really the first time Pogba has flirted with a move to Madrid, but it’s certain that he will stay at United for the foreseeable future. After the club’s positive finish to the Premier League campaign last season, the Frenchman is willing to sign a new contract with United even though no talks have been held about his contract renewal.
For now, Pogba needs to focus on improving his performances at United and get back to his very best as some daunting fixtures lay await after the International break is over.
