The relationship between David de Gea and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is becoming a 'problem', according to a dressing room source who spoke to the Manchester Evening News.

As per the source, the manager wanted to drop De Gea for Dean Henderson as early as November 21 when they took on West Brom. However, after De Gea expressed his dismay, Soslkjaer reinstalled the Spaniard into the line-up.

The same thing happened in February ahead of the Chelsea clash. De Gea started that game as well and kept a clean sheet. Since then, however, he has not played for the Red Devils due to his return to Spain for the birth of his first child.

The source claims that Henderson is recognised as the number one keeper right now, despite Solskjaer's attempts to downplay his choice for the last game.

Should one of the two keepers become Man United's undisputed No.1 in the coming weeks, the other would most certainly demand a move out in the summer.

De Gea's £375,000-a-week wages might be a problem, though, as well as the fact that few teams are looking for a top-class goalkeeper right now.
