But when thay option is gone, it is confirmed he has to stay, Ronaldo won't like to stay on the bench and come in as a sub... it will be different chaos then...

That's my point Ten Hag has handled the situation with wisdom.. CR7's antics of family time over pre season etc etc has not rattled him and we are clearly building with or without him.. 

Ten Hag has had the balls to bench both CR7 and Maguire, this shows he has the cut throat mentality.. previous managers were run over by player power, Ten Hag isn't having none of it.. 

CR7 will have get with the program or be benched and sulk.. 

Finally the Manager makes the decisions and nobody is bigger than the club..

You see Halder if he stays which it looks like, he already knows ETH isn't scared to bench him so the choice become s very simple shut up and play  the game or watch from the sidelines. He won't want to be benched all season his attitude will improve he has no choice.

oh yh I agree, but the way Ten Hag has handled this mess has been excellent, there is a chance Ronaldo will still move on but only if we get a replacement, 

We finally have a manager who will put the club first and doesn't care how the player feels.. 

I believe by the end of the window we will be stronger not weaker, after the loss of Matic, Pogba, Cavani, Lingard and Mata it was looking like we would be weaker this season.. 

I'm happy De Jong didn't come, he clearly didn't want to come to United and we are to big of a team to beg anyone to come..

It will be interesting to see what happens if he stays and we get Champions League football next season..
