Real Madrid loanee Martin Odegaard has been named Real Sociedad's Player of the Month for August.
The Norwegian has now been handed his award at a supermarket in Donostia - and it's quite a unique one. Instead of a traditional bottle of champagne as a prize, the 20-year-old has received a huge fish - clear reference to the playmaker's homeland.

Odegaard has been impressive for Imanol Alguacil's crew. Los Blancos' youngster has played each minute of La Real's 4 La Liga fixtures so far and has scored 2 goals - half of the Basque side's tally of 4.
Back in 2015, Martin arrived at Santiago Bernabeu at the age of 16 on a €3m from his youth side Stromsgodset.
The Norwegian could boast two loan spells in the Netherlands - an 18-month stay at SC Heerenveen and a season-long one at Vitesse. The 20-year-old played a total of 82 games and scored 15 goals for the Dutch sides.
The attacker also made 62 appearances and found the back of the net 5 times for Castilla. The wonderboy has taken part in just 2 matches for Los Blancos senior team so far.
