Cristiano prefers to eat 6 times a day - fish and chicken are his preferred pick. 

  • Breakfast - ham and cheese with low-fat yogurt. 
  • Snack - avocado toast. 
  • Lunch number one - chicken and salad. 
  • Lunch number two - fish with salad, eggs and olives. 
  • Dinner - meat or fish. 

Ronaldo likes to sleep 8 hours a night, throwing in several naps a day (up to five). He mixes it up with hard work in training, gym, swimming and pilates.

There's small wonder Ronaldo is the world's best with such demanding routine!
