Toni Kroos's brother Felix: 'He is happy at Madrid and sees no reason to leave'

Toni Kroos's brother Felix, also a professional footballer, who plays for Bundesliga side Union Berlin has given an interview to Movistar+ programme #Vamos, discussing among other things, Toni's future.

“He’s certainly happy in Madrid. He has made it clear several times and sees no reason to change the scenery any time soon," Felix said as cited by Diario AS.

"He’s very comfortable in Madrid and we text each other every day. You can say we’re lazy when it comes to talking on the phone.”

So, if you were still worried that Toni can leave the Bernabeu in the near future, you can stop worrying now.

Kroos's eye for a good long-range pass is something he is most famous for:

Kroos joined Real Madrid in a €25m move from Bayern in 2014. He's featured for the Whites 266 times since then, winning all the major trophies including three Champions League titles

The German's current deal with Los Blancos runs until 2023. The midfielder was linked with Manchester City and Bayern moves but he dismissed these rumours in his latest interview.
