Luka Jovic
- The Serbian striker joined Real Madrid for €63m in the summer of 2019 but has now fallen behind Mariano Diaz in the pecking order.
- Jovic has managed just 2 goals in 32 games for Blancos, missing the last 13 matches in all competitions.
What to expect: the 23-year-old could be allowed to leave on loan in January, according to multiple sources.
Eder Militao
- The Brazilian cost Madrid €50m but he has featured just 23 times since 2019.
- Militao was supposed to become a back-up to either Raphael Varane or Sergio Ramos but Zinedine Zidane seems to trust Nacho Fernandez more.
What to expect: the 22-year-old could possibly leave in summer - he doesn't have Spanish citizenship yet which complicates any transfer of a non-European player. Tottenham are reportedly an option.
Alvaro Odriozola
- The right-back joined for €30m in 2018 and enjoyed an impressive debut season: 1 goal and 9 Transfermarkt assists in 22 games.
- Yet Odriozola has lost his prominence under Zinedine Zidane: he has made just 11 appearances in the last 2 seasons combined, including the disappointing loan spell at Bayern Munich.
What to expect: the 25-year-old is behind Dani Carvajal, Lucas Vazquez and even Nacho Fernandez in the pecking order - clearly, he should move elsewhere to play regularly. There have been no reports on his exit, though.
Martin Odegaard
- The former wonderkid didn't cost as much as the other 3 - just €2,8m in January 2015 - but he hasn't been able to meet the expectations for 6 years already.
- After a brilliant season at Real Sociedad, Odegaard has capped just 367 minutes in 9 games for Los Blancos this term.
What to expect: the 22-year-old clearly needs to play and another loan deal in summer could be an option - especially if Luka Modric signs a new deal and Madrid manage to land Eduardo Camavinga.
