Gareth Bale wins a penalty and misses the goal entirely with a shot from the spot

Gareth Bale had a chance to double the lead against Turkey as he won a penalty midway through the second half.

The Real Madrid winger produced an unbelievably poor shot as the ball went well over the left top corner.

Bale's reaction to his miss says it all.

As per Opta, the Welshman has become the first player at Euro's to miss the goal frame entirely since 2000 when Raul missed a pen for Spain against France.
