Bale becomes first Madrid player to be eliminated from Euro 2020 as Denmark destroy Wales

Denmark defeated Wales 4-0 in the Euro 2020 Round of 16 game as Kasper Dolberg (double), Joakim Mæhle and Martin Braithwaite put their names on the scoresheet.

Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale captained the Welsh side and put in a good performance as he was the bright spark in his team.

However, it was not enough, and the 31-year-old has become the first Real Madrid player to be knocked out of the tournament.
