Dates, opponents: Everything you need to know about 2023 Spanish Super Cup

The Spanish Super Cup will be played between the 11th and 15th of January 2023.

La Liga reigning champion Real Madrid will face Copa del Rey finalist Valencia while the league runner-up Barcelona will play the domestic cup winner Real Betis in the semi-final.

The winners of those ties go head-to-head in the final.

As a reminder, the final is being played in Saudi Arabia because in June 2021, the Spanish FA signed a deal with the Middle East country to have them host the tournament until 2029.

Last term, Los Blancos were crowned the Super Cup champions, beating Athletic Bilbao 2-0 at the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh.
