Guy who Neymar accused of racism & 4 more new Cristiano Ronaldo teammates you probably already know

By joining Al Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo is coming to the place with several football stars who once used to be famous.

Here are all of them listed.

David Ospina

The player with the most appearances ever for Colombia's national team has played for Arsenal, Napoli and Nice during his career – and now he's nearing its end.

The goalkeeper's current deal with Al Nassr expires only in 2024, so he will definitely share the pitch with Ronaldo.

Alvaro Gonzalez

The former Villarreal and Marseille defender is well known for his altercation with Neymar that led to the Brazilian accusing him of racism back in 2020.

"Neymar told me he won in one day what I earn in a year, and it's true. I told him I was very happy with my salary. Neymar's whole game that day was unfortunate, full of provocations," the Spaniard told the media later.

Five (!) players got sent off that night as Marseille beat Paris Saint-Germain 1-0.

Luiz Gustavo

The former Brazil international has played for 9 different clubs in his career and won the Champions League with Bayern Munich.

The 35-year-old defensive midfielder has converted himself into a central midfielder and is now among the team's top scorers with 4 in just 9 games this season.

Talisca

Remember him? Talisca was once considered a really special talent who was developing at Benfica in the mid-2010s.

He is still just 28, by the way – and he's leading the way as the top scorer of Al Nassr with 6 goals this term.

Vincent Aboubakar

The 30-year-old Cameroonian striker reminded everyone of himself with 2 goals and an assist at the recent World Cup.

All of a sudden, Aboubakar will become Ronaldo's competitor – even if it's at Al Nassr.
