Madrid in talks to bring Fran Garcia back but player will only join next summer - explained

Real Madrid have opened talks with Rayo Vallecano to bring Fran Garcia back to the club amid interest from Bayer Leverkusen, Cadena SER claim (4 stars).

The German club is ready to trigger the left-back's release clause of €10m. However, with Madrid owning 50% of his rights, they can sign Fran for half the price.

Even if Garcia is signed, he will be loaned to Vallecano until the end of the season and arrive at Santiago Bernabeu only in the summer.
