Florentino Perez to hold meeting with Ancelotti over discussion of two burning issues

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has scheduled a meeting with Carlo Ancelotti after the Champions League elimination, claims Marca.

The two will sit down to meet and iron out a few issues with the squad ahead of the summer transfer window.

Ancelotti will discuss plans for the summer transfer with Perez and the kind of reinforcements that he needs.

Madrid are expected to make two to four signings in the summer and the duo should talk about the kind of players that will be signed.

Moreover, another issue that they’ll discuss is the transition from the older players in the Madrid squad to the younger ones.

Perez & co feel that Ancelotti can do a better job with that transition and be less dependent on the old guard.

The Italian manager will be expected to ensure the transition happens next season and that younger players like Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga get more chances.

Ancelotti is expected to remain as Madrid manager next season, despite links to the Brazil national team job.
