According to reports, Carlo Ancelotti thinks that for him to keep developing, he should go out on loan and repeat the same formula that was done with Brahim Diaz.

Even with injuries and suspension in the current season, Guler has managed just 25 minutes in La Liga and the Champions League.

With a busy fixture schedule ahead, the youngster will need to prove he can earn important minutes next season. But first, Ancelotti must give him a chance.

Nobody is quarrelling with going out on loan. Give the boy a sense of belonging, let people see him perform. We are talking of a boy who had played exceptionally well for Turkey National Team. Go and watch his game against Croatia. Let’s stop this age thing,- he is still young so what. Pele played World Cup at age 17 and he excelled, Messi had been a phenomenon at age 16. you and I are not the manager or the coach. secondly see the likes of Brahin, Jesolu they are not playing regularly how do you expect the Youngest player to have more minutes?  The best option is for him to go on loan to have playing time, next season places for competition will increase

I'm glad we didn't let Farca get him.  Look what happened to Gavi AND Pedri And AND Ansu Fati?  Thus season will enable Guler to become mentally stronger as he becomes physically stronger as well.  

I haven't seen any official news from RM about Guler being loaned.  So as far as I'm concerned, this is just mischievous rumors to get reactions from us.  I believe that Endrick, Guler, and Paz will be our teenage first teamers next season.  I also believe they won't be rushed and will be given the time they need to blossom with our first team.  With Modric and Ceballos leaving, we would have only 5 Midfielders if we let Guler leave on loan.  The midfield has been our savior this season and there is a reason RM is building from the middle.  Let's just quit the mischief until we hear from official RM announcements.  Besides, the boy has been training well after a long injury absence.  He gets to learn from world class Midfielders.  He may not start every game next season but he will get significant minutes and is now settling in and is a lot more familiar with the club, it's expectations and the quality of his tram mates.  Oh! And Barca no longer have Levers to use so Guler made the right decision.

That decision is very subjective, harsh and wicked. That boy has not been dealt with in a fair manner. Give him time to play, if he is not performing then Ancelotti will be justified to send him out. When Brahimi Diaz was to be sent out, he was given quality minutes, not as much as he liked but we all saw what he can do and I remember many were saying he should be retained. No one is saying Arda Guler cannot be sent on loan but please give him time so as to build his confidence and he will not go with the idea that it was because he failed but rather because of the quality in the team which over time there will be space by the time Modric, Kross leave. Ceballos has no place in Madrid. Or is Ancelotti afraid of  the certain quality and performance Arda would put up if allowed to play? Are we preparing him for the treatment meted out to Odegaard and Kubo? Did we buy him to prevent Barcelona from taking him so that he will not become a menace to us like Messi was and haven't secured him we want to throw him under the bus? I  want to believe there are God fearing and men of integrity in the Board of Real Madrid even though I am sceptical of the  fairness of our coach Ancelotti. LET ARDA GULER PLAY BEFORE YOU SEND HIM OUT ON LOAN. We also have children, do unto others what you expect people to do to you - that's a golden rule.

There‘s too many people who do not understand that 18year old lads must endure some tough times before being superstars. Arda for sure has all the talent. But honestly, do we bench proven skills for talent when aiming to win every trophy? Arda will have a phenomenal career, for sure. But going out. On loan and returning back stronger is part of the development, unless you are such an exceptional player like Bellingham already at that age. 
So all the guys criticizing Ancelotti should decide whether we go for every trophy, or whether we develop youngsters in our starting eleven.

If you’re talking about chasing trophies all the time, why did you go to buy him or snatch him from a team that needed him most and could have given him a golden opportunity to develop? No one is against loaning him out but at least give him some plying minutes to build up his confidence and also feel important. What at all or exceptional does Ceballos offer in this current team but Ancelotti kept him and given him playing time. Let’s be sincere here and stop using trophies as justification. Of all the trophies we compete for in a season, how many of them do we win? Even a treble we’ve never won before

If arda had the opportunity to play for Dortmund for 4 seasons like Bellingham did arda would have been sold 200 million, arda is technically better than Bellingham.
Bellingham just got a better team in his early years.

And that’s exactly why Arda should go on loan for two years, Dortmund would be a good destination, also Milan like Brahim. He will come back as a future starter, there’s no doubt. But he is simply not yet ready to play the biggest games and to carry the team. That’s not his fault, who is at the age of 18? One in a million maybe.

Well, from my personal viewpoint, I agree that he should not fall behind Ceballos, I can’t understand this either. This seems to be some educational exercise from Ancelotti that might be a bit harsh or even outdated.

He doesn’t need loan he needs to go to Barcelona or a team that plays and  trust young players he would be a star at Barcelona
He should look at odegaad as an example this  would be my advice if he was my brother

Well, that’s where we have a different view. As my younger brother, I would recommend him to go on loan for two years and come back at the of 20 to become a key player for Madrid. I‘d never recommend him to go to Barcelona. Young lads need to learn to fight and be patient, it’s not really helpful if at 18 you‘re treated like messiah… His time will come for sure, there’s no question about that.

I cautioned against denying him opportunities to play, but I faced criticism for expressing my concerns.
Real Madrid doesn't learn from Odegaard and Kubo's mistakes, they are repeating the same mistakes and some fans will say Ødegaard should be patient and wait for his time. He can't bench Kroos.
He actually relied more on Barcelona than Real Madrid since Barcelona offers opportunities for young players to play and develop their skills, which is exactly what this young boy needs to gain confidence.

Ancelotti isn't a Fan of young talents, he always find an excuse to back his silly decisions.
