Bayern want Zidane as next head coach — Marca

Marca report that Bayern Munich have approached the agent of Zinedine Zidane. They've told him that they're interested in appointing the Frenchman as the head coach.

Bayern are set to part ways with current manager Thomas Tuchel at the end of the season. Die Roten have failed to win the Bundesliga title for the first time since 2012 this season, losing the crown to Bayer Leverkusen.

Zidane has been out of job after leaving Real Madrid in June 2021.

Speaking a few weeks ago, he said that he'll definitely return to coaching one day.
