'He suffered with Sorloth': Ancelotti singles out two players as Villarreal striker scores 4 goals v Madrid

Alex Sorloth was allowed to score four goals to help Villarreal hold Real Madrid to a 4-4 draw on Sunday. Los Blancos were leading 4-1 at halftime and seemingly coasting to an easy win.

Carlo Ancelotti conceded that Eder Militao wasn't 100 per cent ready for the game while Antonio Rudiger struggled to cope with the powerful Norwegian.

"Militao is not 100 per cent fit yet. He is getting close," Ancelotti told the media.

"We have two weeks of time and we can fully reach the final. Not only has Militao suffered with Sorloth, but also Rudiger,” Ancelotti added.

All the rubbish ended when Nacho replaced Militao later in the second half. The game could've slipped away from Real Madrid if Carlo hadn't made the change.

This shows that Militao may not play in the Champions League final in June. As for Rudiger, we take it as a rare bad day in the office for him.
