Toni Kroos has officially played his final match as a Real Madrid player at the Santiago Bernabeu.

The German sniper was substituted towards the end of the game against Real Betis. Dani Ceballos replaced him in what ended up being a few really emotional minutes.

Kroos was mobbed by all the Real Madrid players on the pitch as he handed the captain's armband to Luka Modric.

He was given a huge ovation from the fans. Kroos shared a lot of hugs, including a sweet moment with Carlo Ancelotti.

He also shared a brilliant moment with his little children, who could be seen in tears in their father's final home game.
