Real Madrid legend Fernando Hierro has joined Al Nassr as the club's new sporting director.
The 56-year-old will be responsible for the Saudi Arabian club's transfer policy.
The Spaniard reportedly was recommended to the club by Cristiano Ronaldo who worked with him at Real Madrid from 2014 to 2015. Hierro also used to be a sporting director of Spain's national team in the last decade.
As a player, Fernando Hierro was part of the Whites from 1989 to 2003, making over 600 appearances for the club.
