Sergio Aguero's final Manchester City game became the 1-0 Champions League final loss to Chelsea. The Argentine was understandably brought to tears by the loss, with cameras capturing his emotional reaction after the final whistle.
Aguero started the game on the bench and was subbed on in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to help his team level the score.
Sergio's contact with Man City expires at the end of the season. The 32-year-old is expected to join Barcelona on a free transfer, having reportedly signed a contract until 2023.
In his 10 years at City, Aguero played 390 matches, scoring 260 goals and providing 73 assists as per Transfermarkt.
