Had a moment of worry when the ball deflected off Firmino hit the post after his attempted long cross. But apart from that, it was another gorgeous performance by the Argentine. The keeper was in total command of the area, made countless saves and was kept his cool under ferocious pressing from Liverpool when was in possession.
Tierney - 7.5
Another great showing by the Scotsman. Confined much of the threat coming from the right side of the Liverpool attack and Mohamed Salah in particular. Rarely put a foot wrong under pressure and was as focused and solid defensively as ever after recovering from his injury.
Nelson - 7
Forced a mistake from Virgil van Dijk, one of the best defenders in the world, in Alex Lacazette's leveller. Kept his composure to dispatch the ball into the far corner past Joe Gomez's attempted block and Alisson's hands. However, apart from contribution to goals, was pretty much quiet throughout the game. Nevertheless, his role in the win should not be underestimated.

Arsenal scored twice largely through the Frenchman's individual efforts. Pounced on van Dijk's loose back pass to round the keeper and put us level. Then anticipated the direction of Alisson's pass to intercept it and feed Nelson inside the box with an accurate low cross for the winger to give us the lead.
