Granit Xhaka was named the Match of the Match in Switzerland's 3-2 victory over Serbia in Qatar. The skipper led his nation to the round of 16 in a tightly-contested group.
Brazil finished as Group G winners with six points. The Swiss also garnered the same points but with inferior goal difference.
Partey crashes out of World Cup with Ghana
Thomas Partey's World Cup is over following Ghana's 2-0 defeat against Uruguay. Giorgian de Arrascaeta scored both goals for Uruguay.
Despite the win, the South Americans too crashed out of the competition, finishing third in Group H behind Portugal and South Korea.
Ben White, Jesus, two others up for Arsenal's Player of the Month
Ben White, Gabriel Jesus, Martin Odegaard and Gabriel have been nominated for Arsenal's Player of the Month for November. Granit Xhaka claimed the last two awards after Jesus took that of August.
