Explained: how much money Arsenal will earn after qualifying for Champions League

Arsenal have qualified for the 2023/24 Champions League since it's impossible for the Gunners to finish below fourth place.

According to Telegraph, the Gunners will earn 'around £50 million at least' for securing their place in the elite continental competition.

However, the increased revenues will not all be converted into 'transfer fees for new signings' as expenses are also expected to rise next season.

The Gunners' wage bill will increase 'as a result of Champions League-related clauses' in the players' contracts, activating from the start of the next campaign.
