Arteta has tried a few innovative tactics to motivate his side and that has had an impact on strengthening his side’s away form this season. That involves travelling with motivational posters to stick in away dressing rooms as well as a clock.

Despite whatever Souness has to say, these methods have clearly worked for the Gunners and helped them strongly challenge for the Premier League title this season.
