Adebayor says Arsenal can't win Premier League with ONE player in starting XI - not Havertz

Emmanuel Adebayor says Arsenal doesn't stand the chance of winning the Premier League with Gabriel Jesus in attack.

According to the former striker, the Gunners need an actual goalscorer whose focus will be in the box rather than link-up play in midfield.  

"To win the league, Arsenal need a striker that can just be in front of the goal and doesn't care how many times he touches the ball during the game," he told talkSPORT. 

"Like Haaland has done, like Aguero who didn't touch the ball much. They need a striker who doesn't need to come out and be part of the game. "

Adebayor has a valid point. However, Mikel Arteta's system seems to favour Jesus because even when he is not scoring, his teammates benefit from his work rate and link-up play.
