Newcastle United forward Alexander Isak remains unperturbed by swirling transfer speculations linking him to a move to Arsenal, asserting that he’s not giving much credence to the reports.
The Swedish international has solidified his position as a prominent striker in the Premier League following his £63 million transfer from Real Sociedad to St James’ Park in the summer of 2022.
Isak’s stellar performance includes 22 goals in 42 league appearances for the Magpies. Despite being under contract until 2028, Newcastle’s financial constraints due to Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations have restricted their transfer market activities, prompting talks of selling key players like star midfielder Bruno Guimaraes to generate funds for further investments.
