Arsenal lose top spot: Updated Premier League standings as Liverpool oust Sheffield United

Liverpool managed to pick up a 3-1 win over Sheffield United to get back to the top of the Premier League table.

Despite the game being stuck at 1-1 in the 60th minute, two goals from Alexis Mac Allister and Cody Gakpo in the final half-hour helped the Reds to a win.

As a result, Liverpool are now back on top of the league table with 70 points, two more than Arsenal.

The Gunners are back in second place with 68 points, one point more than Man City heading into the final eight games of the season.
