IF the Hammers can somehow defeat them, then Arsenal can clinch the Premier League title by defeating Everton in their final match. This equation would see Arsenal finish the season on 89 points and City on 88.
Another way that the Gunners can clinch the title is by beating Everton and if Man City are held to a draw by West Ham. This would see both teams end the season 89 points, but Arsenal clinch the title on superior goal difference.
The Premier League title race is not in Arsenal's hands anymore. But as they say in football, you can never say never!
