Arsenal aim to sign a prime striker before their pre-season tour starts, with Newcastle's Alexander Isak and Ajax's Brian Brobbey as top targets.

As per the Independent, Mikel Arteta plans to bring in three players while moving out three or four, having identified a striker as the final key piece.

Isak, who has 25 goals in the Premier League this season, is preferred but Newcastle may refuse to sell, as they hope to build a project around him.

If a deal for the 24-year-old Sweden international isn't possible, Brobbey, who has impressed with 22 goals for Ajax this season, is the next likely option.
