Tony Cascarino names Chelsea's 'main area of contention'

Frank Lampard has taken over Stamford Bridge at a difficult time as the FIFA have imposed a two-window transfer ban on the Blues while Chelsea's long-term ace Eden Hazard has left for Real Madrid.

Tony Cascarino, the club's former striker, has expressed an opinion the 41-year-old has still got a strong squad. However, the 56-year-old is majorly concerned over the Blues' frontline as he has told talkSPORT:

"The main area of contention is up front. Gonzalo Higuain has gone back to Juventus after his loan spell and Alvaro Morata is still at Atletico Madrid for another season.

"That leaves Lampard with Olivier Giroud, Michy Batshuayi and Tammy Abraham as his strikers for the season.

"We know Giroud’s qualities of being able to win the ball and link play well and I have my doubts about Batshuayi’s ability at the highest level."
