Youngsters Mason Mount, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Billy Gilmour and Reece James qualify for the B list (a player may be registered on the B List if he is born on, or after, 1 January 1998 and has been eligible to play for the club concerned for any uninterrupted period of two years since his 15th birthday).
Victor Moses and Danny Drinkwater miss out - the duo will have a very hard time getting any significant minutes this season.
The Blues have an easy group and qualifying for the next round should not be an issue - Sevilla, Rennes and Krasnodar join the Blues in group E.
Lampard's men will kick off their CL campaign against last season's Europa League winners, Sevilla, on October 20.
